MarkitFixed provides a free browser-based construction quote calculator for contractors and tradespeople. You are responsible for checking every estimate, rate, tax treatment, markup, note, and PDF quote before sending it to a client.
No professional advice
The calculator is a quoting aid only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or construction advice. Project pricing and contract terms remain your responsibility.
Your information
You may enter job details, client names, notes, email addresses, business names, and logos to create or unlock quote PDFs. Only submit information you are allowed to use, and do not upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Availability
We aim to keep MarkitFixed useful and available, but the service may change, pause, or end without notice. We are not liable for lost work, missed jobs, pricing mistakes, or business losses from using the calculator.
